If you are on regular medication you must see a doctor at least once a year for a medication review.
We cannot accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
You will find a repeat prescription request form attached to your prescription. When you require a further supply of your usual medication return this to the surgery before 12 noon. The prescription will then be ready to collect 2 days after the request is received.
Alternatively repeat prescriptions can now be ordered on-line – bring an item of photo ID and proof of address to the Dispensary Manager for a password to use this service.
To obtain emergency prescriptions out of surgery hours : medicines can be obtained at any pharmacy by providing proof that the medication has previously been prescribed. Alternatively contact the emergency centre - telephone 01535 642255 outside surgery hours for details of how to do this.
We dispense prescriptions to residents of Oxenhope, Stanbury and Oldfield. Arrangements are made via the Dispensary Manager.
Opening hours : 8.45 am – 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) for your request to be processed.
Please note we do NOT take repeat medication requests over the telephone.
