We work with our patients to improve our services to you and encourage patients to become involved in developing services.
You can feed your comments and suggestions or enquire about joining our Patient Participation Group (PPG) by emailing
We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather a group from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample of our patients. We encourage membership from young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

Volunteer requested to read through the Patient Navigation Pack to review. To members of the group kindly agreed to feedback.
Work Connecting – a leaflet was circulated for information on the course and criteria for patients to access a free basic IT training course over 6 weeks for patients over the age of 50 at the practice. It was requested that the group circulate the course information.
Legacy Donation – It was reported by the practice that a patient had left a donation to the practice and requested the group to look at potential ideas on how the donation should be spent. A number of suggestions were discussed and agreed to feedback.
It was agreed for the next meeting to be held on;
